With nearly two decades of experience across weddings, events, and creative direction, Katrien brings both structure and softness to everything she creates. Her background as a skilled project manager allows her to hold complexity with ease, guiding each celebration with calm precision, while never losing sight of the bigger picture.

As founder and creative director of Atelier Ateljee, Katrien is known for her ability to translate vision into something tangible, layered, and deeply personal. She approaches each wedding with a meticulous attention to detail and a genuine care for her clients—often going far beyond what is expected to ensure every element is considered and every moment feels effortless.

Her love for food, wine, travel, and the sensory experience of a place naturally weaves into her work, shaping celebrations that are immersive and quietly refined. Whether she is designing an intimate gathering or a multi-day destination wedding, Katrien’s thoughtful approach and steady presence ensure that every event unfolds seamlessly—and lingers long after it ends.

These locales perfectly capture her passions: a love for shape, form, and structure, and a penchant for exploring the finer things in life through the delicacies of the French countryside.

Grania has an unparalleled eye for detail, bringing big ideas to life with her exceptional understanding of colour and texture. Her extensive experience in
wedding stationery design gives her a unique creative edge, allowing her to infuse any event with a layer of complexity and thoughtfulness.

As a wedding stylist and associate planner, Grania seamlessly incorporates her stationery design expertise into her event planning, ensuring every wedding she touches is cohesive and perfectly detailed. Whether she’s crafting elegant invitations or designing an entire event, Grania’s refined aesthetic and meticulous attention to detail makes each occasion truly special.
